Being right on the piste this is an obvious
lunch / après ski stop, often meaning it’s very busy. Happy hour is from
7pm – 8pm.
Bar Alexandra
This pub has regular live music it’s a great
place to escape the crowds and take it easy. Lovely in feel it really is a
great place to settle into for a few hours. It also has pool tables. This
bar often has party nights which are definitely worth a visit.
Blue Note
Another personal favourite playing a jazz/
funk, mix this is both British and French in feel, this si run by a
brother sister team who seem to have hit the nail on the head. Lovely
atmosphere and just a great place to hang out.

With a cosmopolitan feel, Café Face is for
those of you who like a clubbing atmosphere with après ski, playing house
music with a live saxophonist and serving free nibbles as you groove. Café
Face really is worth a visit. Happy hour is from 4.30 to 9 with live DJ /
music all evening.

The
Foret does rising happy hour prices so the earlier you get there the
cheaper the beer! Happy Hour from 4-7pm Live music during Happy hour and
some evenings and Karaoke on others! They also have a pool table / table
football and Sky. Open from 4pm – 1.30am
Le Lodge

This bar
is a personably favourite with a funky French house feel, the bar staff
are wonderful, make sure you speak to Fabrice and get a ‘Summer Loving’
cocktail. The owner (Fabrice) used to work in a record shop in Paris so
knows his music, either he plays or they’ll have a DJ. This is a favourite
with the local French. A lovely bar definitely worth a visit.

Morris Pub

One of the biggest pubs in town, this very
British pub has live music most nights and has a reputation for serving
good pub grub that’s also good value. A great place for Apres ski with
regular themed nights.
The
Pacific
If you want to see Football / Rugby or any
other sport this is the place to go, with 2 bars and lots of screens you
can’t miss your favourite team. Very British in feel this is a great place
to have a pint and catch a match.
Petit Danois
There’s a clue in the name! This is a very
popular Danish pub expect dancing on the tables for après ski lots of
shots and off course a pint of ‘Red Eric’ very strong be careful! The
music is very varied but this bar always has a great atmosphere.

Similar to a student union, this place gets
packed for après ski, as it’s located on the slopes you can ski to the
door. (underneath Brussels Hotel) this is a firm favourite with the locals
and occasionally has live music in the evenings. It has a dance floor for
the more wild evenings and a pool table or table football for the chilled
ones. Happy hour is from 3-5pm and 8-10pm when you get 2 for 1 cocktails.
Underground Bar (under Warm Up)
Very popular with the French locals, this bar
has a cosmopolitan feel and has live music / DJ’s playing regularly, you
can play pool / backgammon and watch extreme sports on TV.
